Boot camp training is designed to deliver the most efficient total body workout in the shortest amount of time. Classes are approximately 1 hour and move at a fast pace optimizing energy expenditure. Your total body boot camp workout will cover all areas of fitness while combining serious strength training and cardio all in one! Fitness Boot Camp is a results-driven conditioning class conducted in an indoor/outdoor environment, utilizing a group training format, coupled with the most progressive, innovative, and creative exercises in fitness. The class combines conventional and nonconventional exercises. Boot camps are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to more advanced, as our supervised workouts are self-paced. Fitness Boot Camp workouts include, but are not limited to, cardiovascular training, endurance training, strength training, abs/core training, and balance training.
