Graduate Registration
For High School Seniors and College/University Graduates
Graduates will be recognized during the 9:45 am service on Sunday, June 14, 2026.
To participate, you must be a member of The Park Church and complete all requirements for graduation by graduation Sunday. If you would like to participate, and have a lawn sign printed, please complete the form below and submit it no later than Monday, May 4, 2026. This is the deadline.
Please also include an appropriate picture along with this form. The picture will be displayed on the screen during Sunday service.
