When you see yourself as a slave rather than as a son or daughter, you end up on the outside looking in.
When you view your time with God being that of transaction rather than relationship, you end up on the outside looking in.
You are on your way to being on the outside looking in when you confuse merit with mercy.
When you don’t appreciate the blessing and invitation of proximal access to God, you end up being on the outside looking in.
